Tap and swipe a pigmented blushacross your cheeks and along the bridge of your nose with a precision-made highlighter brush. Follow by creating thick, enviable brows using a natural pencil.
Now this is where the fun begins! (Don’t worry, you don’t need to be too creative to nail this look) Using the same eyebrow pencil, draw your tentacles, making sure they have two halves. Draw circular suckers on the central tentacle. Then, add your darker colour to the bottom half of each one using NYX Professional’s Ultimate Neon Eyeshadow Palette.
Next, colour the top half of the tentacle and repeat with a contrasting colour on the bottom half. Repeat these steps on the top half with a different shade, taking care not to paint the suckers.

How To: Sea Witch Halloween Look
Step 1: Prep your skin
Create a fresh, makeup-ready canvas by applying a dime-sized amount of primer onto just-cleansed skin.
Step 2: Create an even complexion
Using a foundation brush (we love Studio London’s Fantasy Edition Foundation Brush), smooth out your complexion with an even layer of foundation. Then, dab a touch of concealer under your eyes and over any areas you feel need extra coverage.
Step 3: Add definition
Contour your cheeks, nose and forehead before blending with a buffing brush. If in doubt, go for sharp, villain-worthy definition.

For added drama, apply NYX’s Jumbo Eye Pencil in Blueberry to the outer corner of one eye before blending with a fluffy brush. Sweep an ink liner across your lash line and extend with a flick. Repeat on the other eye and add a thick coat of extreme black mascara. Finish with false lashes to make your eyes sea witch worthy.
Step 9: Go bold on the lips
Line your lips using a black liner building it up at the corners. Fill in the middle with a light blue liner and blend to create an ombre effect. Layer on lashings of clear lipgloss for a wet “just-stepped-out-of-the-sea” look.
Step 10: Finishing touch
