Below are the delivery services we offer to get you your Superdrug order straight to your door or to one of our stores for you to pop in and collect when it suits you.

Marketplace - Delivery

Superdrug Marketplace sellers ship directly to customers, items are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Marketplace orders will be shipped in a separate parcel to a Superdrug.com order.

To return Marketplace orders the seller must be contacted directly, all items must be returned directly to the seller.

Our "Standard" home deliveries are normally delivered within 4 working days and our "Next Day" orders are delivered on the next day for orders that are placed Monday to Friday before 8pm (5pm for Next Day Order & Collect). For orders placed on Fri after 8pm (5pm for Next Day Order & Collect) or on Saturday and Sunday, these will be delivered by Tuesday.

To track your order, please click on the tracking link in your dispatch email or via the email sent to you from our delivery partner Evri. The email that Evri send to you will contain your 16 digit tracking number and you will need to contact Evri directly if you have any queries about your delivery. You can contact Evri here.

Evri will contact you on your delivery day to advise you of the 2 hour delivery window that they will aim for.

You can also download the Evri App for up to the minute info on your delivery, As well as tracking your order, you can also use the app to rearrange your delivery or update your safe place locations if you’re not going to be home. You can download the Evri app for Apple via the App Store or via Google Play for Android.

Pharmacy-Only Medicines

If you have chosen next day delivery, provided one of our pharmacists is able to approve your order and does not need to request further information from you or provide further information to you, if your order is received by our pharmacists by:

  • Order before 2pm Monday to Friday - you will receive your order by the next working day to the home or work address provided;
  • Order before 5pm Monday to Friday - you can choose to collect your order from a Superdrug store from 1pm the next day. Note that collection is only available during store opening hours; as such please check your chosen store's opening hours.

If your order for medicines is part of a larger order containing other Superdrug products which are not provided under this Service:

  • a) your order will be confirmed after a Superdrug pharmacist has approved your pharmacy-only medicine, and if the medicine is not approved you will be informed by one of our pharmacists; and
  • b) you will receive your complete order only when all items are available (including the pharmacy-only medicines, where the sale of such medicines has been approved and confirmed to you in writing).

Owing to the additional time required to check, approve and possibly request further information before a medicine can be provided, orders including pharmacy-only medicines may delay the time it takes to receive your complete order. Pharmacy-Only Medicines Terms & Conditions can be found here.

Next Day - Order & Collect - We are unable to offer this service to the following stores- SCOTLAND: Aviemore, Elgin, Fort William, Fraserburgh, Inverness, Inverness Retail Park, Inverurie, Kirkwall, Oban, Peterhead, Rothesay, Stornoway, Stranraer, Wick. ISLE OF MAN: Douglas. JERSEY. NORTHERN IRELAND: Abbey Centre, Armagh, Ballymena, Bangor Bloomfield, Belfast Airport, Belfast Forestside, Carrickfergus, Castle Centre, Coleraine, Craigavon, Enniskillen, Ferryquay Londonderry, Larne, Limavady, Lisburn, Lurgan, Newcastle, Newry, Newry Buttercrane, Newtonards, Omagh, Portadown, Warrenpoint

Order & Collect in 30 minutes is available during store opening hours and as long as the order is placed at least 40 mins before the store closes. You will be notified by text or email when your order is ready for collection.

FREE Standard Delivery for registered Health & Beautycard customers will be added at the last stage of check out. £15 minimum spend required. UK & Ireland only.

Orders placed after the relevant cut off time will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after the relevant cut-off time on Friday will not be processed until Monday. We do not deliver on Sundays or English Bank Holidays.

Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.

Where a signature is given by someone other than you or the parcel is left at your local post office, the order will be treated as having been delivered.

You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Customers are advised that express delivery is not available for orders from the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands or BFPO addresses.

Customers are also advised that we are unable to send aerosols or flammable products to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands or BFPO addresses.

We accept the following Payment Methods:

You will be able to track your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been dispatched.
