However, if it is not possible for you to visit a shop in person, you can have a great shopping experience online too!
If you have never shopped online at Superdrug, follow our step-by-step guide on how to find the products you want, checkout and have them delivered straight to your door.
Step 1: Finding Your Products
Online at Superdrug, there are thousands of products for you to choose from. This amount of choice maybe the idea of a shopping heaven for some, but it can also be quite overwhelming if you do not know where to start.
Search:
If you have an idea of what you are looking for, for example, it may be a ‘highlighter’ or an ‘eyeshadow palette’, try typing it in the search bar in the top right-hand corner that says ‘search here...’ inside it. You’ll then see lots of goodies to select from!
Categories:
If you’re in a browsing mood, we have several different areas for you to explore. Check out the ‘Shop Categories’ button in the main navigation bar. Here, you can choose to delve into our most popular categories including ‘makeup’, ‘skin’, ‘hair’, ‘health & wellbeing’, ‘toiletries’, ‘perfume’, ‘men’, ‘baby & child’, and finally ‘accessories & lifestyle’.
Brands:
If you’re looking for a specific brand, click on the ‘Shop Brands’ button in the navigation and you will see a list of all the brands available to buy in alphabetical order.
Step 2: Add to Cart
Once you find the products you are looking for, you’ll need to add them to your basket. Look out for the bright pink ‘add’ and ‘add to basket’ buttons across our product and category pages. This will add your items to your virtual basket, which you can see in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Remember, some products will be available in different sizes and shades, so make sure you have selected the right one before adding to your cart.
You will be able to see how many items you have selected to purchase in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 3: Complete Your Basket
Once you have loaded your basket up with all your Superdrug treats, it’s time to check out! To do this, click on the basket icon in the right-hand corner and click the pink ‘complete’ button to be taken to your checkout page.
Step 4: Checkout
On the shopping cart page, you will see all the items in your basket and your total cost. You can also add a promotional code here if you have one and view any site-wide promotions you may have missed on the items in your basket.
To begin your secure checkout, you have two choices:
Log in and checkout as a Superdrug Health & Beautycard member where you can collect points and access further delivery options. If you are not currently a member, you can sign up for free before checking out.
Or, if you wish, you can check out as a guest.
Step 5: Choose Delivery
At Superdrug, we want to make it easy as possible for you to receive your order, so we have several delivery options for you to choose from.
Collect from store:
Order & Collect in 30 mins* - Free
Order & Collect in 3-5 days - Free
Next Day Order & Collect * - Free
Home Delivery:
Standard Delivery - Free for Health & Beautycard members when you spend £15 or more or Free for non-members when you spend £25.
Next Day Delivery* - £5.50
Once you have settled on the delivery option that works for you, you will either need to select your local store to have your order sent there or enter your home details for your home delivery.
Last, but not least, it's time to pay! Click the 'secure payment' button which will take you to a protected area where you can choose how to pay for your order. On Superdrug, we accept debit and credit cards, Visa Checkout and Apple Pay.
All that's left to do after payment is wait patiently for your order to arrive so you can enjoy it!
