Product Uses

Wash your hair twice with the clarifying shampoo. Apply to wet hair and massage into a lather Rinse thoroughly. For next step, please see application instructions for the Brazilian Keratin Treatment. Not to be used as an aftercare shampoo.

Marketplace Delivery/Returns


We send your parcel out the same day using Royal Mail when you order before 1pm on a business day. Any orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next business day. We dispatch on Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). All orders are sent via a tracked service, and we will provide you with the tracking number in your order. Standard delivery service aims for delivery within 2 working days and Express delivery aims for next day delivery but it is not a gurantee.


Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email.
