Michelle has exclusively shared her top tips and tricks for wash day so that you can celebrate your curls each and every day:
1: CLEANSING RITUAL
Start with the cleansing ritual of our Curl Liberating Sulphate Free Shampoo.This rich lather helps to lift away oil, dust, residue and product build up. By leaving the shampoo on for a few minutes really helps to melt the tangles away!
2: AFTER WASHING
Apply the Curl Restoring Intensive Mask.This intensive protein-rich treatment targets weak, damaged hair and has been designed to nurture and moisturise all types of curls and coils, helping the hair feel smooth and nourished. For the best results, Michelle suggests leaving the mask on for 30 minutes. Relax by putting on your favourite playlist, do your skincare routine and relish in some ME time.
3: EASE OUT
Rinse out the mask and apply the Curl Respecting Conditioner.The tighter your curl pattern, the more moisture it needs, so leave in your conditioner for a few minutes.After 5 minutes rinse the conditioner and squeeze any excess water out. Generously apply the Curl Inspiring Conditioning Leave In Sprayin the shower. Once out of the shower, scrunch in the Curl Empowering Créme Gel to encourage curl definition. Michelle uses a microfibre towel to absorb any excess product and this helps to speed up the drying time and helps curls to clump together.
4: LOCK IN
Once the hair is 90% dry, apply a few pumps of the Curl Energising Hydration Serum which has a lightweight milky texture that enhances your natural curl pattern without weighing the curls down.
