Before each session, generously apply water-based lubricant to the insertable part of the device and your body for maximum comfort and safety. To power on, press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds until the device vibrates and the coloured lights illuminate. Once on, you can briefly press the power button to cycle through the various prostate vibration and pulsation modes, indicated by the changing lights, and use the independent button for the external stimulator to control the perineal massage. Adjust the intensity of both vibrations to your liking using the appropriate controls. When you're finished, simply press and hold the power button again for 3-5 seconds to turn it off; thanks to its memory function, it will restart in your last-used mode.
