Enclose this form within your parcel and attach the pre-printed label on the front Please remember to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt 4. Orders can take up to 10 days to be delivered to us and will be processed within 24 hours of receipt This returns policy does not affect your Statutory rights. Please ensure you return your goods unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact within 28 days. Please ensure you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. If the free gift isn't returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your order. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email.
