Order must be placed before 1:00pm Mon – Fri. Any orders placed after 1.00pm on a Friday will be sent out on Monday to arrive Tuesday. Please note on bank holidays orders will be sent out on the next working day. Due to industrial action this service could take up to 48 hours.

Orders are dispatched Monday- Friday only. (Please note we are closed for business Saturdays and Sundays)
All next working day orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched Mondays for expected delivery on Tuesdays.
All next working day orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched Mondays for expected delivery on Tuesdays.
Next working day orders are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or National Bank Holidays.
* Planned Royal Mail have industrial action will cause delays with delivery, we kindly ask all customers to be patient during such times and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Orders placed between 25th Dec - 27th Dec will be despatched from the 28th Dec. Orders placed between 31st Dec - 2nd Jan will be despatched from the 3rd Jan.
We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.
This excludes the following:
• perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
• items personalised for you
• sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered). Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
When returning items please ensure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office, and that the cost of returns is the responsibility of the buyer. It is advisable that orders over £50 should be tracked and / or have insurance as we are not responsible for shipping, shipping delays or lost returns / items.
