We ship orders the same day, Monday to Friday, for all orders placed before 1:45 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day. ****We offer Standard delivery for UK Mainland customers. Using a tracked 48 service. Orders placed on standard delivery up until 11.45am Wednesday 18th December will be delivered for Christmas (as long as there are no delays with Royal Mail). Orders placed on a Tracked 24 Service, the last order date for delivery before Christmas is Friday 20 December. If you select Express Delivery, than the last posting date to arrive before Christmas is Monday 23 December. However, these all depend on the courier and local post office, so in order to avoid any disappointment, please order as early as possible.***
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
