Accu- Chek Aviva Blood Glucose Test Strips are used to help you regularly monitor blood glucose levels. They are compatible for use with the Accu-Chek Aviva and Accu-Chek Aviva Nano blood glucose meter systems and the Accu-Chek Aviva Expert bolus advisor system. Also for use with the Accu-Chek Combo insulin pump system.

Do not use if:
You are receiving pertoneal dialysis using solutions containing lcodextrin (e.g. Extraneal). The dialysis solution may falsely raise your result.

Product Uses
Ensure your hands are clean and dry. Insert the test strip into the meter in the direction of the arrow and the meter should turn on. Wait a few seconds until you see a flashing test strip and a drop of blood on the display. Obtain a drop of blood using the finger pricker and touch the drop of blood to the front edge of the yellow window on the test strip. Do not put blood on the top of the test strip. When you see the hourglass symbol flash you have enough blood on the test strip.
