Product Uses

1. Wash the hair twice with Cocochoco Clarifying Shampoo, rinse, and towel dry (do not use conditioner). 2. Blow-dry the hair straight on a medium heat until completely dry. Comb the hair thoroughly. 3. Part the hair into manageable sections using hair clips. 4. Shake the product well before use, wear gloves and use in a well-ventilated room. 5. Brush the Cocochoco Treatment onto small sections of hair (avoiding the scalp) and comb out the excess. Continue until all the hair has been treated. Please note that using excess product does NOT result in straighter hair, it just creates unpleasant smoke and fumes. 6. After 20-30 minutes, blow-dry the hair (away from the face) on a medium heat until completely dry. Note: Do not wash your hair - the product must be left on the hair for 3 days / 72 hours. 7. Using hair straighteners set at 200°C (medium hair) or 220°C (coarse hair), straighten small sections of the hair 5-7 times to seal in the treatment. Take care not to damage the hair with excess heat or repetitions. 8. Do not wash or tie up or style the hair for 3 days. If hair gets wet or kinked, re-straighten with hair straightener. 9. After 3 days, wash the hair with Cocochoco Sulphate-Free Shampoo and Conditioner.

We send your parcel out the same day using Royal Mail when you order before 1pm on a business day. Any orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next business day. We dispatch on Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). All orders are sent via a tracked service, and we will provide you with the tracking number in your order. Standard delivery service aims for delivery within 2 working days and Express delivery aims for next day delivery but it is not a gurantee.


Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email.
