Our Corporate Social Responsibility Pillars
-
We champion the belief that delivering accessible retail shouldn't cost the earth. Consistently meeting best environmental practices means that all of us are able to respect the planet whenever and however we can and we are grateful to be able to guarantee that.
-
We are committed to providing the best health and beauty experience possible, ensuring our customers feel seen and represented across all of our channels. Whether in-store or online, our customers will experience ‘That Superdrug Feeling’ always.
-
Our people make us who we are. We nurture and develop talent across all of our teams and are grateful to all of our colleagues for their time and energy and we are proud to have such an incredible Superdrug family.
-
We are a consistent and reliable form of support in the communities that we serve. We are here for our customers, to support and help them thrive and are honoured to be able to do so.
We really believe that CSR is a crucial part of everyone’s role, every single day, whether we’re in stores, in our distribution centres or at Head Office. We’re committed to change across every part of our business, whether this is ensuring our beauty products carry a logo to reassure you that they haven’t been tested on animals or committing to reduce the amount of plastic. We’ve switched our energy provider to a zero carbon 100% renewable supply and signed up to the Social Mobility Pledge to ensure we offer career opportunities to more people. Our CSR plan is aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and this website will keep you updated with the latest news which is affecting our colleagues, our customers and our community.
At Superdrug CSR is part of everyone’s role, every single day, whether in stores, in our distribution centres or at head office. We are committed to improve across every part of our business that's why our CSR plan is aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This website will help you to understand how.
