
Online Waitlist Assets and Guidelines
Superdrug Waitlist allows customers to sign up to be notified when new products, ranges or brands launch on Superdrug Online and In-Store. Each Waitlist campaign will consist of Sign Up landing page (with entry form), Signed Up Email and Launch Email
Below is a helpful guide on what assets and copy are required to launch a Waitlist
Website Large & Medium Banner
Size: 1200px by 458px & 828px by 674px
Used for:
- Goldspot banners advertising the waitlist used across Superdrug.com
- Top Goldspot on waitlist landing page

On Waitlist Medium Banner
Size: 828px by 674px
Used for:
- 1st Email (confirmed added to waitlist) being send to customers

Launch Medium Banner
Size: 828px by 674px
Used for:
- 2nd email (product / range / brand is live) being sent to customers

Copy required for Waitlist landing and 2 emails
- Waitlist landing page copy: Informing the customers about the product, range and brand and why they should sign up
- Added to Waitlist Email copy: Informing the customers they have successfully signed up to the waitlist
- Launch Email copy: Informing the customers the product product, range and brand is live on Superdrug.com with CTA to purchase

How to provide your finished artwork:
- Please send us a layered Photoshop file (PSD), in the latest Creative Cloud version. If you don’t have the latest version of Photoshop, please send over a layered Photoshop file, along with a PDF/JPG of your artwork so we can see what it needs to look like. The PDF/JPEG file must originate from a Photoshop file.
- Please include images/links from your layered Photoshop file, even if they are placed in as Smart Objects. Those images shouldn’t be any smaller than 900px x 900px.
- Overall maximum file size is 200mb.
- Please remember to provide a mobile and desktop version of your artwork (if applicable). We WILL NOT resize your artwork if you only supply us with one variation. This may lead to your spot being cancelled if the files received are incomplete.
- Please provide any fonts you require us to use with your artwork. This should include the license for us to use them - we will not purchase a license.
- All text layers in your artwork must be editable.
- One round of amends are allowed.
- Amends should not include changes to the agreed brief, and may be subject to additional charge if they require more than 20 minutes design work.
- Late or incomplete assets may be subject to cancellation charge.
- We reserve the right to modify or amend designs, without notice, where we consider that these changes will improve sales conversion
