For best results follow with SPA CEYLON Peace Hand & Body Lotion & Peace Relaxing Body Mist. Sleep - Relaxing Body Mist - 20ml After bath, spray on lightly all over body, pillows & bed linen. Leave on. Relax & unwind. Sleep - Soothing Balm - 8g Apply finely on temples & affected areas. Gently massage & relax. Re-apply as required.
