Spa Ceylon delivers to any addresses in the UK (excluding Channel Islands). All orders are sent through ROYAL MAIL. All online orders placed from Monday to Friday will be processed & dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays & during public holidays will be processed & dispatched from our warehouse within 72 hours. Due to the short opening hours of Royal Mail Delivery offices please ensure to place your orders before 2.30pm to have the best chance of them being dispatched on the same day. We will endeavour to process all orders as quick as possible however during busier periods like Christmas and Bank Holidays orders may face delays. Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
