Terms and Conditions for P&G Text to Win competition

Promoter: Procter & Gamble UK, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0XP.

  1. This Promotion is open to all residents in the UK & ROI aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble UK and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. Entrants can only enter once from the same mobile number.  Standard network rates apply. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
  4. To enter, text “Superdrug ” to 81222 between the offer dates of 00:01 on 8th August 2021 and 23:59 on 7th September 2021.  You will receive a series of texts acknowledging your entry and advising where full T&Cs can be found. You will not be charged for incoming texts.  
  5. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete or delayed. Proof of sent SMS is not proof of delivery.
  6. Valid entries received by 23:59 on 7th September 2021 will be entered into a Prize Draw and the first 10 entries randomly selected by an independent person will win 1 of the following prizes (prizes will be randomly allocated – 10 winners in total)
    • 1 x £2500 to spend on the holiday of your choice
      Winner will be required to provide bank details for money transfer.
    • 1 x - 4 e-tickets to Thorpe Park.
      • 4 x standard entry day tickets to Thorpe park of up to 4 x adults only
      • Does not include special or restricted events e.g Fright Nights
      • Every effort will be made to provide these on date(s) requested but please note this is subject to the attractions guidelines and availability - Prize must be taken by 31.12.21

    • 1 x UK 1-night hotel stay including travel costs/spending money of £300.
      • The customer will qualify for their one-night hotel stay free of charge with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages. Some hotels may include breakfast dependant on location and will be mentioned at the booking stage.
      • A voucher code to use at www.nationalhotelnetwork.com will be provided
      • Any extra night’s accommodation can be booked directly with the chosen hotel and will be charged at the agreed rate offered by the hotel at the time of booking.
      • The free one night stay can only be redeemed against the cost of accommodation at participating hotels. Hotels available during the promotion may be subject to change.
      • Reservation requests require a minimumof 14 day’s notice before the night’s stay, and must be taken by 31.12.21.
      • Bookings can only be made via www.nationalhotelnetwork.com via completion of the online booking form. Customers who do not have web access can call the Customer Service team on 0333 016 3673. Any booking made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.
      • In order to access the hotel booking website customers will need to input their redemption code and email address which will be supplied in their confirmation email.
      • Terms and Conditions of each individual hotel will apply.
      • A maximum of one voucher code can be used per person, per household, per venue and per booking. Separate bookings, which are deemed to be part of the same party may not utilise more than one voucher on any additional nights. The voucher is non-transferable.
      • All stays are subject to the hotel’s promotional availability for the offer and will be on a room only basis. Hotel availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings.
      • You will need to complete the online booking process in order to confirm the reservation.
      • The Booking will be confirmed via email to the address supplied.
      • If for any reason the customer no longer requires the same hotel and/or date following the submission of their online booking form, the customer can contact TLC Customer Service Support via [superdrugprizedraw@tlcrewards.com] . No amends can be made once the hotel stay has been booked.
      • The offer is based on a maximum of two people sharing a twin or double room.
      • This offer does not apply to reservations that include public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
      • A charge will apply for room upgrades/special facilities (sea/lake view/four poster beds) or any such supplements, payable directly with the chosen hotel.
      • Information presented via www.nationalhotelnetwork.com is valid at the time of publication and may be subject to change. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
      • This offer applies to bookings made in advance and does not apply to guests altering or cancelling a stay after a booking is made and confirmed to them.
      • Cancellations: With immediate effect of any cancellations, the voucher will therefore become void.
      • The Promoter and any associated partner shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual hotels and accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered by any participant of the promotion.
      • The unique code stated on each hotel voucher may only be used once. Please check the voucher for the validity date by which the unique qualification code must be used to make a booking.
      • Participating hotels are all contracted to participate in the National Hotel Network. The Promoter or any associated partner cannot be held responsible for any hotel subsequently declining acceptance of a booking using the offer. The list of participating hotels featured remains subject to change. Customers should check the promotional website regularly for the most up-to-date list of participating hotels.
      • Customer will be provided with £300 for travel costs and spending money.
      • Prize must be taken by 31/12/21.
    • 1 x 10,000 Superdrug loyalty card points.
      • 10,000 points will be loaded onto the Winners card, to be redeemed instore or online. Contact details will be provided for the winner to arrange their prize on receipt of the prize claim confirmation.
    • 1 x pair of Cineworld unlimited annual passes.
      • 2 x Cineworld Unlimited passes for 12 months.
      • Subject to Cineworld terms and conditions which can be foundhere.
    • 1 x afternoon tea experience at the Savoy for 2 worth up to £300. (including travel costs)
      • 1 x Luxury Afternoon Tea Gift Experiences voucher for two to a maximum value of £150.

  7. Winners will be notified by telephone within 15 working days of the promotion closing date and if not available a message will be left. In the event a winner does not respond to the call /message and confirm acceptance of the prize to the Promoter within 10 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Winners will be asked to confirm their unique winners code, full name, postal address and email address (bank details if money transfer is required). Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of a valid prize claim being received.

  9. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete or delayed.
  10. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. Only one prize will be awarded per household.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
  12. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  13.
