Delivery Information

UK Standard Delivery Our Standard Delivery cost is £3.95, regardless of how many items you purchase. Standard Delivery orders arrive within 2-4 working days and are dispatched via Royal Mail. Delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. We aim to meet the timescales but during busy periods (including Christmas) deliveries may take a little longer. Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address to your payment address if that is more convenient for you. UK Express Delivery Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature - £5.95 Latest Posting Dates - Beat the festive rush and get your order placed ASAP to avoid disappointment In order to guarantee your order to arrive before Christmas our cut-off date is Friday 16th December for both Standard and Express deliveries.

Returns Information

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
