Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the returns portal on the Moda Minx website. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with Moda Minx and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store. Please read carefully prior to sending your items back. Returns Timeframe: UK: Returns are to be made within 28 days. These timeframes are calculated from the date your order was placed. We do not send out an email to say that we have received your return! Please refer to your tracking number for your return to confirm that this has arrived back with us! Original Condition: Items must be returned to us in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume and must have all original tags attached. All items will be inspected upon arrival back to our warehouse and failure to be returned in their original condition may lead to refusal. Hygiene stickers must remain intact. Failure to return your item back to us without the hygiene sticker may also lead to refusal.
