After receiving tracking details I received an email from the seller saying the item had been lost and offering me a different one. I replied and said I wanted a full refund. I’ve heard nothing since about my refund so I emailed again and still no reply. To date I have not had any further contact from seller or a refund. As part of Superdrug sales I contacted them by email and also got no reply. Next step is to contact my bank. I’m very disappointed with Superdrug

BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. 2 items ordered total £50.49 on my credit card. Order confirmation stated "delivered in 3 working days." 9 days later still waiting for delivery. Contacted seller numerous times, no reply. No courier details or contact from any courier received. Only ordered because "verified supplier" on superdrug marketplace will not order from marketplace again.

Orders that come before 12pm will be shipped on the same day.

Returns Information

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
