Chrome Powder Ingredients: Aluminum Calcium Sodium Silicate, Titanium Dioxide (Ci 77891), Tin Oxide. Special Effect Top Coat Ingredients: Aqua/Water/Eau, Acrylates Copolymer, Ppg-17/Ipdi/Dmpa Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Methoxy Peg-11 Methoxy Ppg-24 Dimethicone.

Product Uses
How to apply:
1. Apply 2 thin coats of Miracle Gel Blacky O. Allow to dry until tacky, 1-2 minutes. Nail polish should not be completely dry – should be slightly tacky.
2. Dip included applicator into Chrome Powder (only a small amount needed). Rub onto surface of nail (light pressure only) in a back & forth motion. Repeat for each nail. Watch effect appear!
3. Apply 1 coat of Special Effect Top Coat & allow to dry for 5 minutes.
4. Seal with 1 coat of Miracle Gel Top Coat*.
*Not guaranteed to yield same performance as standard Miracle Gel application.
