TAKE 2 CAPSULES PER DAY.
Take each capsule with or immediately after a meal. For example one after lunch, and one after dinner. Individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose:
take 3-4 capsules with each lactose containing meal1.
Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
