Warning or Restrictions
For adults 18 years and over. Do not take if you are taking any other medicines for Sleep or if allergic to any of the ingredients. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breast - feeding. If you feel sleepy, do not operate machines. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption as this may increase the sedative effect.
