Warning or Restrictions
•Excessive use, or short intervals between doses can result in serious adverse effects.
•Do not use on broken or damaged gums as it will increase systemic absorption resulting in systemic effects.
•This medicine contains ethanol.
•As this liquid will numb areas of the mouth please be careful when eating and drinking hot liquids to ensure you do not burn or damage your mouth.
•Please consult your pharmacist or doctor before using this medicine if you are currently pregnant, likely to get pregnant or breastfeeding.
•Please consult your pharmacist or doctor if you are currently taking any other medicines as this may cause an interaction.
•If you think you may be allergic to any of the ingredients contained in this medicine, please seek medical advice before taking.

Product Specification
Active ingredients: Lidocaine hydrochloride 0.9%w/w, chlorocresol 0.1%w/w and cetylpyridinium chloride 0.02%w/w.
Other ingredients: alcohol, clove oil, glycerol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium saccharin, Ponceau 4R (E124) and purified water.

Product Uses
Adults and children: Apply undiluted to the affected area with the fingertip. Two applications immediately will normally be sufficient to obtain pain relief. It should not be used more frequently than every 3 hours.
Babies teething: One application only. It should not be used more frequently than every 3 hours.
