Gentle, aloe-enriched antibacterial refill hand wash is widely praised for its moisturising, gentle formula and subtle fragrance. Customers like the good lather and the large, eco-friendly refill pouch which offers long-lasting value for families and those with sensitive skin. Some users reported inconsistent lather and occasional dryness. Shipping and listing issues were noted, including damaged packaging, broken or missing dispensers, incorrect product images, and slow or absent customer service responses. The pouch is easy to pour and resealable, which customers appreciated.
