Chew one tablet until it forms a paste, around 5 to 10 seconds. Brush with a wet toothbrush for two minutes. The tablet foams as you brush. Spit and rinse. Use morning and evening in place of regular toothpaste.

Keep one tin at home and one in your wash bag. Tablets count as solids at airport security, so they travel where pastes cannot. Make sure your toothbrush is properly wet before brushing, the moisture gets the foam going.
