Shake well before use. Hold the bottle about 15 cm (6 inches) from the skin and spray in a smooth, sweeping motion over exposed areas such as arms, legs and décolleté. Avoid spraying directly onto the face — spray onto hands first or onto a cloth and gently pat on. Allow the mist to dry completely before dressing. Reapply every two hours or after swimming, sweating or towel-drying to maintain protection.
