Delivery Information

Order before 2pm for same-day dispatch via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We’ll send your tracking number as soon as it’s on its way so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns Information

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Aroma Energy and Vita London. If something isn't right, here is how we can help: Return Window: You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return any unwanted items. How to Return: Please note that Marketplace orders cannot be returned to Superdrug stores. To start a return, please log into your Superdrug account and raise a return request through your order history. We will then provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on essential oils or beauty products if the seal has been broken (unless the item is faulty). Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us through the marketplace messaging system within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
