Delivery Information

We offer Express Delivery for UK Mainland customers using Royal Mail 48H Tracked service. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery is normally within 2 working days of dispatch, though please allow 3–4 working days during busy periods. Larger or heavier orders may be delivered via alternative couriers such as DHL or DPD. Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns Information

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
