All orders received weekdays before 12.00pm will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12.00pm will be dispatched on the next working day. All UK orders will be sent tracked. First Class Service can take 1 - 3 days to deliver. The Carat Shop Ltd cannot be held responsible for any fault in courier services. International orders will be send with tracking. Orders can take 3-10 working days dependant on the courier and country. Any further charges for customs or duties in the delivery location are the responsibility of the receiver. If for any reason dispatch is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible to confirm a delivery date by email. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been authorised. Our commodity information has been updated due to new laws.

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
