Returns Information
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
We want you to be completely overjoyed with your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
After you notify us, your return must be received by us within 14 days. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect the return and then arrange your refund.

Important:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer returns or refunds on:
• Fashion face masks
• Headwear (including but not limited to fascinators, hats, caps, headbands)
• Pierced jewellery
• Swimwear
• Lingerie
Unless the item is faulty.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE?
Yes! For UK orders, we offer a free exchange service for an alternative item.

WHAT WILL BE REFUNDED?
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE FAULTY?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we can offer either a replacement or a refund.
