Marketplace items purchased from Scentorium via the Superdrug Marketplace cannot be returned to Superdrug stores, the Superdrug Online Help Team, or the Superdrug warehouse. Returns must be sent directly to Scentorium, the Marketplace seller, within 28 days of receipt. Please raise a return request via your Superdrug online account or your order or shipment confirmation email. All return requests must be raised through Superdrug. Superdrug stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns, as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore refunds cannot be processed in store. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please raise a return request through Superdrug as soon as possible, providing relevant details so the issue can be reviewed promptly. All eligible refunds or agreed replacements will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
