Delivery Services, Cut-offs and Couriers
Standard Delivery (Mainland UK): 3–5 working days, £3.95 (complimentary on orders over £50). Fulfilled via Evri.
Next Day Delivery (Mainland UK): £5.95. Orders must be received by 14:00 (Monday–Thursday) for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on Fridays, weekends, or national holidays, will be processed on the next working day and delivered the following working day.
Exclusions (Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands): Next Day Delivery is unavailable. Standard delivery only, £6.95, fulfilled via Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 28 days from fulfilment of the order.
A prepaid Royal Mail return label is provided.
A return fee of £2.45 is deducted from the customer’s refund.
Refunds are processed once the return has been received and inspected.
Returns Information
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse.
Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of despatch. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email.
Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
