You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders are shipped from our UK fulfilment partner in Crewe. 5. RETURNS & REFUNDS – SUPERDRUG MARKETPLACE ORDERS Please note: This returns policy applies only to orders placed via Superdrug Marketplace. Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your Superdrug online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store. RETURN CONDITIONS • You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). • All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food, drinks, vitamins, supplements or personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty. • Exchanges are not offered. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please raise a return request through your Superdrug Marketplace account within 28 days of delivery. Please include: • Your order reference number • Clear photos showing the issue Once reviewed, you will be provided with instructions for returning the item where applicable. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via the Superdrug Marketplace messaging system. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
