Delivery Information

ALL UK DELIVERIES ARE SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL TRACK AND TRACE AND DELIVERY DETAILS ARE BELOW:- MONDAY - THURSDAY: Orders received before 12pm will be delivered within two working days. Any orders placed after 12pm will be treated, for the purpose of delivery, as being placed the following working day*. FRIDAY: Orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be delivered on the following Monday unless a Next Day delivery is selected. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Wednesday. SATURDAY / SUNDAY: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Using the code provided in your confirmation email, you can track the progress of your order at https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ *Working day is deemed as Monday to Friday.

Returns Information

We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. This excludes the following: • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) • medicines • items personalised for you • sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email.
