All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–5 working days from dispatch. Express delivery usually arrives within 1–2 working days. Orders are processed within 48 working hours (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Customers in Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands may experience slightly longer delivery times.

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. As these items are sold via the Superdrug Marketplace, they cannot be returned to Superdrug stores, the Online Help Team, or the Superdrug warehouse. Returns must be sent directly back to the Marketplace seller. Please follow the return instructions included in the parcel and use the returns label provided. If no label is enclosed, you can raise a return request via your online account or through your shipment confirmation email. Superdrug stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns, as the order was placed directly with the seller and refunds cannot be processed in store. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact customer service with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
