Our standard handling time is up to 2 working days. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail using Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services with signature, depending on the selected service and destination. The estimated delivery time is up to 5 working days within the UK, except for Northern Ireland orders.

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store. Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused, and factory-sealed items in their original condition. Opened or unsealed items cannot be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons. All products are manufacturer-cellophane-wrapped and must be returned in the same sealed condition. Returns based on claims such as the item being counterfeit, inauthentic, not original, or dislike of fragrance/smell are not accepted, as all products are sourced from Trading Standards-verified suppliers. For change-of-mind or non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, a return request must be raised within 48 hours of receipt, along with clear photographic evidence. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and approved.
