All free shipping orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 when ordering before 1pm Mon-Fri. Express shipping is £4.99 and is delivered using DPD in 1-2 days when ordering before 1pm Mon-Fri. If you order more than one pouch you will received FREE express shipping.

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please email support@extracted.co.uk to begin a return request, we only accept returns of unopened pouches in saleable condition to us and, once received, we will refund your money. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
