Product Uses
Recommended intake
We suggest taking the D-Mannose and Vaginal Probiotics at different times of the day. For instance:
Mix 1 D-Mannose sachet into your favourite drink every morning - you can take up to 3 during times of increased need, for a maximum of 3 days
Take 1 daily Vaginal Probiotics capsule in the evening with food and a glass of water
Clear - mix 1 sachet (3g) with 500ml of your favourite drink. Take up to 3 sachets daily during flare-ups.
Protect - take 1 capsule daily, ideally in the evening with food and a glass of water.
For best results, take Protect and Clear at different times of the day - we recommend Clear in the morning, followed by Protect in the evening.
