We offer free standard shipping for orders over £14.90 in the UK and over £150 in Jersey. We offer Standard delivery for UK Mainland customers. Using a tracked 48 service. Orders placed up until 10pm Monday 18th December 2023 will be delivered for Christmas. Shipping Fees: Below £14.90 - Standard Shipping (2-3 working days) for £3.90 / Next Working Day (1 working day) for £5.90 Above £14.90 - Standard Shipping (2-3 working days) for FREE / Next Working Day (1 working day) for £5.90 Above £149.90 - Standard Shipping (2-3 working days) for FREE / Next Working Day (1 working day) for FREE Next Working Day (1 working day) - from Monday to Friday order placed before 2 p.m Please note that we do not ship on Bank Holidays. JERSEY AND ISLE OF THE MAN SHIPPING FEE Delivery fee of £15, Free shipping is available for all orders to Jersey over £150. Deliveries can take 4 - 7 working days. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Delivery couriers we use are Royal Mail, DPD. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. We do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays. CUT OFF TIME: Standard and free shipping orders - cut off time for same day dispatch is 2pm. Next Working Day orders: Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm, will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between 2pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. If delivery is delayed for over 10 business days, we will issue a replacement. If one or more items from your order are missing or damaged contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of the goods, and our customer service team will resolve this for you. Returns Information

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
