Product Uses
Apply in 2 even coats being sure to cap the edge on each layer. Apply a BEAU Polish base coat and top coat for a longer lasting wear.
Tips and Advice
Paint in even coats with 2 layers for full coverage, this neon looks great with or without a white base.
