Product Uses
Recommended intake
Clear - mix 1 sachet (3g) with 500ml of your favourite drink. Take up to 3 sachets daily during flare-ups.
Protect - take 1 capsule daily, ideally in the evening with food and a glass of water.
For best results, take Protect and Clear at different times of the day - we recommend Clear in the morning, followed by Protect in the evening.
