Our Original Symprove is a smooth and subtle-flavoured, water-based supplement designed to support gut health with live and active bacteria. It’s gluten free, dairy free & vegan, with no artificial colours or flavours, and no added sugars. Suitable for adults and children, and with antibiotics.

Product Uses
To take Symprove, shake the bottle gently, pour a 70ml dose into the provided cup, and drink it every morning on an empty stomach. Wait 10 minutes before eating or drinking anything other than water to allow the bacteria to pass through the stomach acid.
