If you’re new to functional mushroom supplements, the Grass & Co. BIOME Chaga Mushrooms Capsules are a great starting point. When first using your BIOME Chaga Capsules, we recommend you start low and go slow. Take the capsule with water at a time that works for you.
Take care not to exceed the recommended limit of 2 x BIOME Mushrooms capsules per day. But, you can stack or combine the different Grass & Co. Mushrooms Capsules (BIOME, FOCUS, POWER, RELAX or DREAM) if you spread them across a day. The total recommended limit is 2,000mg (or 2g) of mushroom extract powder per 24 hours.
