Fill with hot water, not boiling water, to a maximum of two-thirds capacity. Expel excess air and secure the stopper firmly before use. Avoid prolonged direct skin contact, sitting or lying on the bottle, and using it while sleeping. Allow the bottle to cool completely before emptying and storing. Store empty with the stopper removed. Check for damage before each use and do not use if leaking.
