Attach resistance tubes only to the designated points and check bands and anchors for wear regularly. Place the deck on a flat, non-slip surface and wear stable training shoes for best traction. Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, and store the deck upright or in a dry area when not in use. Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 150 kg and keep children and pets away during use.
