After shampooing, apply a small amount to towel-dried mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp. Leave on 2–3 minutes for regular hydration or 5–10 minutes for drier hair, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 1–2 times per week or as needed. For an intensive weekly treatment, apply to dry hair, leave for 20 minutes, then shampoo and rinse.
