Burt's Bees

We have been making products that respect your skin and the planet for a clean full-circle, from source to disposal, since 1984. A true love and appreciation for animals, especially bees, runs deep and our products are all Leaping Bunny Certified. We never test our formulas on animals.

We make a big deal about the all-natural formulations of our many wonderful products, but of course we do not stop there. Even our packaging is designed conscientiously: including our focus on using post-consumer recycled content. Currently, our primary package containers average 34% PCR content, our plastic bottles average 71% PCR, and our secondary packages average 36%. In addition, we strive to make our packages as recyclable as possible, and 89% of our primary packaging is made with recyclable materials. Finally, we have trimmed excess packaging from many of our products, some as much as 50%. All Burt's Bees product packaging is recyclable through the TerraCycle programme.
