Once the disc is opened the gel heart will instantly warm up and cool after an hour, and you can pop it into warm water to reuse again and again.

This is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with sharp-edged objects. Never use hand warmer directly after boiling it. Do not microwave. Do not swallow or inhale the content. Do not use on broken or bruised skin! Do not puncture! If the hand warmer breaks and liquid comes in contact with skin or eyes, immediately flush the area with plenty of cold water. Product Uses
1. Snap the metal disc a couple of times to initiate warming. 2. The handwarmer will release heat up to appoximately 50ºC - 55ºC and will then gradually cool down within 60 minutes, depending on external temperature. By occasionally working the handwarmer the heat will last for approximately another 30 minutes. 3. To recharge the handwarmer, wrap the handwarmer in a cloth or old sock to protect the surface material. And then place it in boiling water for about 8-10 minutes until all the crystals are completely melted. Allow to cool before re-use.
