Terms & Conditions for Wish Upon a Superdrug Star – Prize Draw

Promoter: Superdrug Stores plc, 51 Sydenham Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 2EU

1. Entry to Superdrug’s Wish Upon A Superdrug Star prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents who are Superdrug Health and Beauty Card members, except employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”) or any related companies, any other companies who have supplied a Prize for this Prize Draw, including but not limited to Unilever, N2O Limited, Aspects Beauty, Baylis & Harding plc, Coty, L’Oreal, Garnier, Revlon, Proctor & Gamble, Shiseido, Shark Hair, Kao, Mr.Bright, John Freida, Curel and Kiss (each a “Prize Supplier”), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. Age restrictions to enter to the Prize Draw will apply and will vary depending on the Prize (either 16+ or 18 +).  Please review the T&Cs for each of the Prizes available on www.superdrug.com/wish-upon-a-superdrug-star for further details of this, if no age restriction is specified in that Prize T&Cs then entrants must be 16 + to enter to win that Prize.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
4. To enter the Prize Draw, go to https://www.superdrug.com/wish-upon-a-superdrug-star and complete the online entry form including selecting each of the prizes you would like to enter into the draw to win; or selecting the box to enter each individual prize draw  between 00:01 on 22 May 2024 and 23:59 on 18 June 2024.
5. There is a limit of one entry (ie. submission of the online entry form) per Health & Beautycard membership number. Multiple entries or entries of the online entry form by the same Health & Beautycard membership number that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
6. An entry to the Superdrug Wish Upon A Superdrug Star – Bespoke Wish will not count as an entry to the Prize Draw.
7. The following prizes are available to win in the Wish Upon a Superdrug Star – Prize Draw:
   • 1 (one) x iFLY Indoor Skydiving experience for two at the O2 plus a Unilever Product Bundle;
   • 5 (five) x Spa Day Experience for a winner and guest to enjoy at Cloud Twelve London plus a Unilever Product Bundle;
   • 1 (one) night Bed and Breakfast accommodation and dinner for a winner and guest at The Fuzzy Duck, Stratford-upon-Avon plus a range of Bayliss and Harding products;
   • 1 (one) x personal shopping experience plus a £1000 voucher and the Emily in Paris Pantene Range;

8. All entrants to the Prize Draw who do not win a Prize will be entered into a runner’s up prize draw which will form part of the Prize Draw. The following runner up prizes are available to win in the Prize Draw:
   • 1 (one) x bundle of Kiss Falscara Lashes and Kiss Salon X-Tend Nails;
   • 3 (three) x bundles of Mr.Bright products including Mr.Bright PAP+ Teeth Whitening Kit (2 week supply x3 Tubes, LED Device, Mouthguard) and Mr.Bright PAP+ Teeth Whitening Kit Strips (28 strips, 14 upper 14 lower);

   • (each a “Runner Up Prize” and together the “Runner Up Prizes”).
9. Individual T&Cs for the Prizes apply (including lists of the products available in each bundle) and are available on www.superdrug.com/wish-upon-a-superdrug-star.
10. Entrants may only win one prize from the Prizes or Runner Up Prizes.
11. A winner for each of the Prizes and Runner Up Prizes will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around 26 June 2024 and notified by email/telephone using the details provided on or around 3 July 2024.
12. Unless otherwise stated, the winners must claim their Prizes or Runner Up Prizes within 14 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer that Prize or Runner Up Prize to an alternative winner  selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
13. The Prizes and Runner Up Prizes will either be sent by Special Delivery post or email within 28 days of that winner claiming their applicable prize and providing all requested details to Superdrug:
14. By entering the Prize Draw entrants acknowledge that certain elements of the Prizes and Runner Up Prizes are outside of Superdrug’s control and Superdrug will not be liable for any such instances.
15. Any decision of Superdrug as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Superdrug accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.superdrug.com or any other reason.
16. The Prizes and Runner Up Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
17. Prize images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products, sizes or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Superdrug reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
18. Superdrug reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
19. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. The winners of Prizes and Runner Up Prizes’ surnames and counties will be available on request for one month after the prize(s) have been claimed by sending an email to superdrug.wish@uk.aswatson.com . Entrants may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to superdrug.wish@uk.aswatson.com by 17 July 2024. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
21. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Superdrug for the sole purpose of administering this Prize Draw and in accordance with Superdrug’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.superdrug.com/page/privacypolicy.
22. Elements of the Prizes and Runner Up Prizes are being provided by the Prize Suppliers, and Superdrug is acting solely as the promoter of the Prize Draw. Personal data may be passed on to the Prize Suppliers for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment.
23. The winners may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes and the winners agree to participate if requested.
24. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.

Terms & Conditions for Wish Upon a Superdrug Star – Bespoke Wish

Nominating someone to receive a wish

1. To nominate a person, yourself, a charity or a community cause for Superdrug’s Wish Upon a Superdrug Star – Bespoke Wish (the “Wish”) you must be a UK resident aged 16 and over and a Superdrug Health and Beauty Card member. Employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”) or any related companies, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Wish including but not limited to the Panel are not eligible to nominate someone for a Wish.
2. No purchase is necessary to nominate someone for a Wish.
3. The Wish will open at 00:01 on 22 May 2024 and will close at 23:59 on 18 June 2024 (“Wish Entry Period”).
4. To enter the Wish, you must go to https://www.superdrug.com/wish-upon-a-superdrug-star and complete the online nomination form during the Wish Entry Period by picking the category of wish that you want to be granted (“Wish Category”) and answering the questions on the online nomination form for your chosen Wish Category. By entering the Wish, a nominator is deemed to have obtained permission from the nominee or the nominee’s parent/guardian (if applicable).

Shortlisting the nominees

5. All eligible nominations will be reviewed and shortlisted by Superdrug in accordance with the criteria detailed in paragraph 10 below. The nominations will be shortlisted to a number for each Wish Category which Superdrug deems appropriate for further consideration. As part of the shortlisting process, Superdrug may contact nominators and ask them to provide further details about their wish which will be considered and included as part of the shortlisting and judging process. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
6. Superdrug reserves the right to change the Wish Category of a nomination if the submitted nomination details are deemed (in Superdrug’s discretion) better suited to another category. In these circumstances Superdrug will discuss this with the nominator in the first instance.

Selecting the Wishes to be granted

7. A panel of judges (“Panel”) will then review the shortlisted nominations and select the winners in each Wish Category whose wishes will be granted within four weeks of the end of the Wish Entry Period.
8. The panel who will select the winners will consist of at least three judges, the majority of whom will be independent (the “Panel”).
9. Superdrug reserves the right to appoint a new/substitute judge on the Panel for reasons outside of its reasonable control (including, but not limited to, in the case of illness, unavoidable absence, or a conflict of interest). Any appointments will always be in accordance with paragraph 9 of these terms and conditions.
10. When selecting the shortlisted nominations and the winning nominations in each Wish Category, Superdrug and the Panel will have regard to the information supplied on the online nomination form and any further details provided to Superdrug on request as part of the shortlisting process.
11. The decision of the Panel will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Superdrug reserves the right to reject any nominations or winners who risks damaging the Superdrug brand.
12. The winners will be notified via email from superdrug.wish@uk.aswatson.com within five working days of the Panel’s decision of the winner in each Wish Category.

Granted Wishes

13. Following notification, Superdrug will collaborate with each winner of a Wish Category to agree the timeline for each Wish to be granted.
14. Each winner of a Wish Category may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Wish, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes and the winners agree to participate if requested.

General

15. Superdrug reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any element of the winning wish should circumstances make this necessary. In these circumstances Superdrug will discuss this with the nominator in the first instance.
16. Nominators must pick one Wish Category only for their nomination. Only one nomination form per Health & Beauty Card Number will be accepted. Nominations that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Nominations made through agents, third parties, organised groups of any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
17. Any decision of Superdrug as to eligibility to take part in the Wish will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Superdrug accepts no responsibility for nominations that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.superdrug.com or any other reason.
18. Nominators confirm that they are the creators and owners of the entry which they submit as part of the Wish.
19. By entering the Wish, nominators assign their rights and interests in the content of their entry to the Wish to Superdrug who may use the entry for their own purposes, including the right to adapt the entry and to use it for commercial gain including but not limited to featuring the entry in email communications and across Superdrug social media platforms.
20. Superdrug reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Wish.
21. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and agreement to be bound by them by both the nominator and the person, charity or community cause they are nominating.
22. The winners of each Wish Category’s surname and county will be available on request for one month after they are announced by sending an email to superdrug.wish@uk.aswatson.com. Nominators may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to superdrug.wish@uk.aswatson.com by 18 June 2024. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
23. By entering the Wish, nominators agree that their personal data will be used by Superdrug and will be shared with the Panel for the sole purpose of administering the Wish and in accordance with Superdrug’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.superdrug.com/page/privacypolicy.
24. The Wish and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
