Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents.
Employees of Superdrug, its group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary.
Internet access and a valid email address are required.
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Promotion Period
The promotion opens at [INSERT DATE & TIME ONCE CONFIRMED] and closes at [INSERT DATE & TIME] (UK time) ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be entered into the prize draw.
How to Enter
To enter, individuals must (i) sign up to the Superdrug Black Friday waitlist during the Promotion Period using a valid email address and (ii) select the competition entry tick box. Individuals who join the Superdrug Black Friday waitlist but do not select the competition entry tick box will not be entered into the prize draw.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual or email address may be disqualified.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
Participation in the prize draw is optional and is not required in order to join the Superdrug Black Friday waitlist.
Prize
There are five (5) prizes available to be won.
Each prize consists of one Superdrug Black Friday gift bag containing a selection of products chosen by Superdrug.
The contents of each gift bag may vary.
No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.
Superdrug reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where this is reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
Winner Selection
Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winners will be selected using a randomised selection process conducted after the Promotion Period has ended.
The selection process will be supervised by Superdrug and the outcome will be final.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the email address used to join the waitlist within [14] days of the closing date.
Winners must respond within [7] days of notification to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond within this period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Superdrug reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize Fulfilment
Prizes will be sent to the postal address provided by the winners following successful prize verification.
Superdrug accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected during delivery where such circumstances are outside its reasonable control.
Data Protection
Personal data supplied in connection with this promotion will be processed by Superdrug for the purposes of administering the promotion, managing the Black Friday waitlist, recording competition entries, selecting and contacting winners, and awarding the prizes.
Superdrug may use third party service providers, including Mailchimp, to store and manage entrants’ names and email addresses, waitlist registrations and competition opt-ins.
Where entrants have separately consented to receive marketing communications, their details may also be used for those purposes.
Winners will be selected at random using a supervised randomised selection process. Superdrug may use a third-party random selection tool for this purpose. Any personal data transferred to that tool will be deleted after the winners have been selected and the selection process has been completed.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Superdrug's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.superdrug.com/acc/privacypolicy.
General
Superdrug reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require such information as it reasonably considers necessary for this purpose.
Superdrug reserves the right to refuse, disqualify or withdraw an entry where it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
Superdrug accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully completed due to technical reasons or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.
Superdrug reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The promoter's decision in relation to all matters concerning this promotion shall be final.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
